Own Your Mind.

"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do." --Eleanor Roosevelt

Hi! I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience supporting children and adults from diverse backgrounds. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University, where I specialized in Clinical Studies. My approach is a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.

Drawing from evidence-based practices, I frequently integrate mindfulness and somatic therapy with other therapeutic interventions to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences. I believe that healing happens when clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences with curiosity and self-compassion.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Helping clients identify patterns, recognize triggers, and process the effects of difficult experiences while building practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting well-being. I am committed to meeting clients where they are, creating a welcoming, culturally responsive space where they can heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths.

A peach blossom flower, the five petals symbolize the interconnected areas we explore through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, physical sensations, and life situations. I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Why Peach Blossoms?

  • Like the peach blossom, growth begins gently. Each spring, its five delicate petals remind us that healing and personal growth unfold with patience, compassion, and the right support. Lasting change isn't about forcing progress—it emerges when we create a safe, nurturing space where you feel supported in exploring, healing, and growing at your own pace.

  • In my practice, the five petals symbolize the interconnected areas we explore through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): thoughts, emotions, behaviors, physical sensations, and life situations. I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), drawing on its core skills of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

  • Because healing is not only something we think through but also something we experience in our bodies, I incorporate a somatic approach that honors the connection between the mind and nervous system. Together, we cultivate awareness of your body's signals, restore a sense of safety and regulation, and foster meaningful, lasting change—helping you reconnect with yourself and build a life rooted in balance, resilience, and authenticity.
